Yas Marina Circuit F1
The Formula 1 track of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on Yas Island, with guided venue tours and driving experiences.
At a glance
Since 2009 Yas Marina Circuit has hosted the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, the race that closes the Formula 1 season.
Yas Marina Circuit is a 5.281 km (3.28 mi) motorsport track on Yas Island, designed by Hermann Tilke. It has hosted the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, the last race of the Formula 1 season, since 2009. The track runs past the marina and passes under the W Abu Dhabi hotel, and parts of the layout were redesigned for the 2021 race.
Outside race weekends the circuit runs guided venue tours of about two hours from Yas Central. The public tour visits the North Grandstand over Turn 5, the drag racing centre, the team villas in the paddock, the podium, parc fermé and Race Control, with a lap of the track when it is available. There are also passenger rides and driving experiences in performance cars, karting at Yas Kartzone and weekly fitness evenings on the track.
For cruise passengers it is an outing for motorsport fans. The circuit is about 33 km by road from the Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminal at Zayed Port, around 35 minutes by taxi, and sits next to Ferrari World, so the two can be combined on the same day. Tours run on set dates and must be booked in advance.
