Launched in 2003, Serenade of the Seas is the third vessel in Royal Caribbean’s Radiance Class, built by Meyer Werft in Germany. She shares the class’s signature glass-rich design, with panoramic elevators and floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the ocean into almost every public space. Her Panamax size allows her to sail itineraries closed to larger ships, and in 2023 she became famous for operating Royal Caribbean’s Ultimate World Cruise, a 274-day voyage around the globe.
