Celebrity Cruises is introducing an innovative multi-level venue called ‘The Bazaar’ on their newest ship Celebrity Xcel, designed to blur the boundaries between onboard and shoreside experiences.
The three-story space will feature daily transformations to offer guests immersive destination experiences through four unique Caribbean-inspired festivals. These festivals will showcase local cuisine, crafts, entertainment, and cultural activities specific to the ports of call.

- Chef’s Table at Mosaic – A special multi-course tasting menu featuring dishes inspired by the chefs’ native cuisines
- Chef’s Studio at Mosaic – Celebrity’s first destination-inspired cooking school
- Spice – A casual dining spot with rotating menu items inspired by ports of call, featuring waterfront views

Celebrity Xcel will begin its inaugural season from Fort Lauderdale, offering seven-night Caribbean itineraries. In Summer 2026, the ship will transition to the Mediterranean, operating seven-to-11-night voyages from Barcelona and Athens.
