Disney Cruise Line is set to launch its newest ship, the Disney Destiny, in November 2025. This innovative vessel will feature a unique ‘Heroes and Villains’ theme, inspired by Disney’s iconic characters from various franchises, including Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Disney Parks. The ship promises unparalleled entertainment, world-class dining, and exceptional hospitality.
The Disney Destiny will begin its maiden voyage from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and will offer four- and five-night cruises to The Bahamas and Western Caribbean. Guests can look forward to visiting Disney Cruise Line’s island destinations, Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
Bookings for Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club members open on Sept. 6, 2024, while the general public can book from Sept. 12, 2024.
The ship will introduce unique dining experiences, including “Pride Lands: Feast of The Lion King,” and feature a Marvel Super Hero as the signature stern character. Entertainment highlights include a Grand Hall inspired by “Black Panther,” Broadway-style productions, and themed lounges.
