Costa Cruises has announced the opening of bookings for its highly anticipated 2027 World Cruise, offering travelers an extraordinary 139-day journey across five continents.

The voyage, aboard the Costa Deliziosa, will depart from Savona on November 25, 2026, and conclude on April 12, 2027. This ambitious itinerary will take passengers through 29 countries and 47 destinations, promising an unparalleled exploration of the world’s most fascinating locations.

The cruise line has crafted a distinctive western-bound route featuring several new destinations, including Half Moon Cay in the Bahamas – a private island exclusively reserved for Costa guests. The journey encompasses iconic cities along both the East and West coasts of the United States, and continues through the Hawaiian Islands, Tahiti, Fiji, Australia, Japan, and Singapore, before exploring various destinations across South East Asia and Africa.

For those seeking flexibility, Costa offers an alternative booking option: a 100-day cruise segment beginning in San Francisco, covering destinations across Oceania, Asia, and Africa before concluding in Savona.

Luigi Stefanelli, Vice President Worldwide Sales of Costa Cruises, emphasized the company’s vision for this voyage, stating,

“With the World Cruise 2027 we want to offer a truly unique and unforgettable experience, combining the exploration of iconic places with the proposal of exclusive destinations, some of which have never been touched before by our itineraries.”

The itinerary features extended stays in key destinations, with multiple-day stops in major cities such as New York, Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sydney, and Tokyo. Passengers will have the opportunity to experience unique excursions, including helicopter tours over the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas, and a five-day overland tour in Japan covering Tokyo, Kyoto, Nagasaki, Hakone, and Mount Fuji.

The journey concludes with an exploration of the Maldives, followed by visits to South Africa – where guests can experience a safari in Port Elizabeth – before returning to the Mediterranean via the west coast of Africa.

Costa Deliziosa, selected for this worldwide voyage, features elegant amenities including Murano glass decorations, floral-named outdoor decks, and the romantic Sunset Bar, complemented by diverse entertainment options and an extensive culinary program featuring international cuisine and themed restaurants.
