MSC Cruises has announced a significant new hospitality offering for the 2026 Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, bringing its signature MSC Yacht Club experience directly to the racetrack. Scheduled to debut during the race weekend from May 1 to May 3, 2026, the venue will be strategically situated within the Marina at Turns 5 through 9 of the Miami International Autodrome.
The trackside structure is designed to closely replicate the dimensions and aesthetics of a superyacht. The installation will measure 264 feet in length, 96 feet in width, and 50 feet in height. The facility will span five distinct levels and cover a total footprint of 32,000 square feet. This scale allows event attendees to view up to five dynamic turns of the circuit from a single centralized location, aiming to integrate the cruise line’s established premium shipboard concepts into the land-based racing event.
Bringing the Ship-Within-a-Ship Concept Ashore
The land-based venue draws direct inspiration from the “ship-within-a-ship” concept traditionally found on the MSC Cruises fleet. Onboard their cruise vessels, the MSC Yacht Club serves as a restricted-access enclave that provides guests with dedicated concierge teams, private luxury suites, and continuous butler service. The Miami trackside version seeks to adapt this service model by providing a sophisticated combination of amenities.
Guests at the venue will find serene poolside lounges, shaded trackside seating, open-air terraces, and a 360-degree Captain’s Deck equipped with panoramic race viewing platforms. The culinary program for the trackside venue will be managed and curated by Bagatelle, a hospitality brand widely recognized for its French Riviera-inspired dining concepts. Attendees holding passes to the venue will have comprehensive access to all-day dining, curated craft cocktails, and an exclusive Chef’s Table experience operating throughout the race weekend.

Upgrades to the Marina General Admission Area
In conjunction with the introduction of the premium MSC Yacht Club, the broader Marina presented by MSC Cruises will also receive several structural updates for the 2026 event. A newly reimagined general admission area will be implemented, which includes the addition of an elevated viewing platform located inside Turn 7. This specific modification allows general ticket holders who are not accessing the premium hospitality areas to have improved and closer vantage points at one of the circuit’s most challenging corners.
MSC Cruises initially became a global partner of Formula 1 in 2022. The partnership has grown significantly since its inception, and the companies announced an extension of their global partnership deal to run through the end of the 2030 FIA Formula 1 World Championship. The construction of the MSC Yacht Club at the Miami Grand Prix represents the latest phase of their ongoing brand activations, merging the maritime hospitality industry with global motorsports.
