Royal Caribbean unveiled its summer 2027 Alaska cruise schedule, one of the most sought-after routes for travelers seeking nature, adventure, and unique landscapes. The company announced an expanded lineup with four ships: Anthem of the Seas, Quantum of the Seas, Serenade of the Seas, and Voyager of the Seas, each with distinct programs that will allow guests to explore “The Last Frontier” from different ports and perspectives.
The announcement, made on October 22, 2025, in Miami, particularly highlights the arrival of Anthem of the Seas to Alaska, marking the ship’s debut in the region and the launch of Royal Caribbean’s first Cruisetours in that destination. These programs combine sea voyages with extensive land excursions designed to explore the northern reaches of the country more deeply.
Passengers will be able to whale watch in Sitka, meet with professional mushers and their sled dogs near Mendenhall Glacier in Juneau, or enjoy panoramic views from helicopters over Alaska’s wild landscapes. At sea, the ships will offer Royal Caribbean’s signature experiences, such as North Star, a glass observation capsule that rises above the ship; rock climbing walls; the SeaPlex complex, with bumper cars, ice skating rink, and sports court, plus multiple dining and entertainment options.
The company emphasized that these itineraries provide experiences for all types of travelers, from families to adventurers.
