Disney Cruise Line has announced that San Diego will become a new regular departure port for the Disney Wonder and the Disney Magic, with itineraries along the West Coast of the United States and Mexico.
The line will offer four itinerary lengths from the port. Three- and four-night cruises will sail to Ensenada or Catalina Island. Five- and six-night cruises will add a stop in Cabo San Lucas. Seven-night sailings will visit Ensenada, Cabo San Lucas, and either Puerto Vallarta or Mazatlán.
The schedule also includes two seasonal itineraries. Halloween on the High Seas will run each September and October, and the Very Merrytime Cruise, themed around the winter holidays, will sail each November and December.
Disney Cruise Line will additionally offer 14-night, one-way repositioning voyages through the Panama Canal, departing from San Diego and arriving in Galveston, Texas, with stops in Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta and Cartagena.
According to the cruise line, sailings from San Diego are scheduled from fall 2026 through spring 2028, with more than 37 different three-night itineraries currently available for booking.
